Despite tasting decadent, this hot chocolate is abundant in nutrients, include fibre, protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Hazelnuts are an excellent source of flavonoids which support brain health, improve circulation and can even help to reduce the symptoms of allergies.
